Representative Cunningham’s legislative record includes:

  • Authored legislation creating the Lake Houston Dredging and Maintenance District
  • Secured $50 million to ensure the completion of the Lake Houston Dam and flood gates
  • Secured $5 million for Kingwood Diversion Ditch Improvements
  • Co-sponsored legislation allowing judges to deny bail to individuals accused of violent crimes
